I don't see how the authorities can enforce it. After all smoking isn't illegal and never will be while the government reaps in all those tax dollars.
I am an ex-smoker and I do think that it is about time that non-smokers were given a fair go.

No different to QLD you cant smoke in pubs clubs restaurants in door ways 10 metres from playgrounds etc
& its not a complete suburb they can smoke in the street etc just not in some places the Mayor said today
but it will go the same as Queensland in time !
but they should ban cars as well because they are more dangerous for health plus they crash as well & damage the earth to boot there is asbestos in the brakes as well or there used to be not sure if they still have it in the brakes today
