Since you've tried all the products out there, here's a few alternative.
Strengthen fingernails by buffing regularly in one direction only.
Add 5g or 1tsp salt to 1/2 cup (125ml) cold water and hold
fingertips in this for 2 mins twice a week.
Eat a square of table jelly daily.
Massage lanolin into the base of each nail at bedtime.
Good Luck!

My thought (and experience) is that if you have weak nails then no amount of creams, lotions or moisturisers will change that. I have had weak nails that break easily all my life since I was a child, and nothing you put on them makes a huge difference. Like someone else has already said, acrylic nails are fantastic; definitely the best solution, but they are costly too.
The best product I ever used on my natural nails was called Mavala Scientifique. I understand the product contains some chemical akin to embalming fluid(!) which is probably why it works so well! It did make my own nails harder, so they got longer than they had ever been before without acrylic tips, but it still isn't a miracle cure, and it stings like mad if you have any cuts or nicks on the cuticle, so be careful!
Have a look at http://www.mavala.co.uk

For some people the growth of the nail is very slow compared to others. For people who would like to grow nails fast, they need to take sufficient vitamins and proper diet. Here are some ways to grow nails faster:
· Drinking milk is good, as it contains calcium
· Some people advise to take prenatal vitamins for hair and nail growth
· Proper diet with green leafy vegetables, nuts, dried fruits and fruits would also help nail growth
· Massage your nails with olive oil.

You need to moisturise your nails. Try to apply moisturiser after washing hands. Alternative is to buy a nail oil (I have one with tea tree oil) which will help to nourish your nails. Keep your nails short and manicured. Try to limit use of nail varnish remover - and then use one without acetone (acetone can dry nails). Be careful what you use your nails for - don't try to open things or pick at things with your finger nails - they will easily break or split.

I had weak nails, not from biting but from fake nails. When I stopped using them I constantly had nail polish and I used Sally Hansen hard nail as a top coat. That seemed to work for me.

I found that a lack of vitamin B6 can leave you with split and thin nails, a good source is sunflower seeds, bananas and spinach. Also I've heard eating jelly really strengthens your nails!

Lots of fruit, veg & milk, (semiskimmed is higher in calcium than full fat) also water.
Aside from that, vitamin E with calcium tablets work wonders, even without the fruit & veg etc.
