watched it when i was maybe 9, so can't remember much. Was a horror/thriller about a teenage boy(he has longish dark hair) who was made to live in a basement, think he becomes a serial killer, the only thing that sticks in my mind is when he is in a kitchen he attacks the man there(think he's a butcher) and puts his hand in a meat grinder, then tries to eat his face. Its been haunting me for years! :P

think the movie was made in the 80s,but i remembered he bites the guy in the neck first then grinds his hand, and im sure he sleeps in a box in the basement. Thanks for all the answers, but none of them are right

Gee, I'm a big Horror movie buff, but don't remember anything along those lines EXCEPT maybe "Boys from Brazil" a movie about the cloning (about 20 or so teenage boys identical physically but some different emotionally and psychologically) of Adolf Hitler. There is one clone exceptionally deranged, and I remember him trying to kill someone. All the boys had longish black hair, which is another reason I mention the possibility it could be the same movie.

The only one I can think of is called 'Brain Scan' starring Edward Furlong - it's 90's film. Furlong gets addicted to this computer game, where the object of the game is to kill people, but when he finished the game he finds the persons head/foot/hand ect in his freezer...... Realising that the game is real - especially when he realises he's killed his best friend.
