ok well i had this folder with some private stuff in it and i hid it now it is disapeared and i really need to open it i cant find it in search or run how do i re-open it??1?!

Well try this.
Open 'My Computer' click on Tools, then click Folder Options, Click on View, click the checkbox that says, Show Hidden Files and Folders
Your Hidden Folder should now be visible.

Is it on a personal/home computer or an office/school computer? If it's on an office/school computer, then you may be out of luck. Most places like that will delete any files created by the use immediately after they log out (my place does that). If it's a personal/home computer, then try going back the search, and this time click 'More advanced options' and make sure that 'Search system folders' and 'Search hidden files and folders' are checked. Run your search again

Run a search on one of the files names you're certain exists, be sure to turn on "search hidden files/folders" and "search sub-folders" under Advanced options. When it shows, follow the path to it's location. If you can't find it this way, it's gone.
