The gender of the Sun is Male, the Moon Female.
You could try listening to the song 'Moonchild' by King Crimson which they based upon an early instruction leaflet for schools.

If we go by the mythology of your area,then the Sun is your father and your mother.
I am not sure of the mythology of Lebanon itself but through out "the near east",the sun is seen as the ruler.The powerful one on who all life and light relies.
Ra was the Egyptian sun God.
According to one of the myths, Ra fathered and gave birth to the 5 major deities in five consecutive days days.
So I would say according to Egyptian mythology, he is at the very least your father and your mother too.

I feel you might be an imposter because the real son of sun would have noticed that the sun is bright like a woman, shines like a woman, is warm like a woman.

The sun doesn't have a gender it's a star.
In French it's "une etoile" so it's female
In Arabic it's "Nijma"so it's female too
So I guessyou can call it your Mom

About the gender...what can I say??? it depends..
If is in Lebanon..it will be female... bcoz the gender of the word in arabic is like that..
but if it is here..it should be male, bcoz in spanish on the contrary that in arabic...the word SOL (sun) is male and LUNA (moon) is female.
