I'm a palace fan, in his first season he worked miracles and got us promoted mainly by hes enthusiasm and passion which you can see transfer into the team, but then you realize this is not enough,as we then got relligated,his lack of tactical nouse, bad signings, hes use of long words in press conferences(talking rubbish) becomes very annoying,by the time he left he had really started losing the plot and many palace fans were not sad to see him go, so what im trying to say is Iain dowie is no more of a god than Mr negative Peter defensive boring football Taylor. ps i thought dowie was superb a charlton.

You really need to ask this question nearer the end of the season, Yes, things are going well at the moment but things have a habit of going bad just when you do not expect it. So stop tempting fate and enjoy the success you are experiencing at the moment.

well the girls think so when hes out and about, in my opinion hes the ugliest person i know with only one head, but as far as his mangerial skills, he did the same with palace in that league, and maybe just maybe hes suited to the championship style of play.
when he played, his best seasons were in tier 2 of the english leagues.
