how do i have a dream while i'm awake about being someone or something from some other time but from the same place. I know i am in both places at once, that i can feel both as realities.
So which place was real, which story is mine. Why did that feel realer than this reality.
What happened to me?

First do not fear. The greatest medicine for you at this point , is to try meditation at least once a day. To do this it s easy. All you do is go in your room and close the door so you can not be disturbed. And no matter what sounds are in the background, lay down on your bed, and close your eye s and let go of all thoughts. If any thoughts, questions, worries, idea s , ANY thought at all, arrives, let it go as fast as it came.
Don t worry if your doing it right either. Just lay there, eye s closed, and listen to your breathing. And feel yourself at rest. Picture yourself on a cloud. And Feel a STRONG Love surrounding You.

This will be very good medicine for you , wether you do it for 30 minutes a day or 2 hours or 15 minutes, just as long as you do it everyday.

Ask questions at the calmest point of meditation, and allow Any thought of answer to arrive, do not question where it comes from, or if it s right or wrong, just let it arrive.

Even if it sounds unrealistc, or silly, or wrong, allow it to arrive.

Feel free to contact me.

This is not somthing to worry about. Believe me. By meditating at least once a day, you Shall recieve answers and healing and controll.

It's sort of like day dreaming, but it's no mere dream. You can't control your dreams, but you can here. It happens to me sometimes, but trust me, you don't need professional help. What is happening to you is that you are thinking deeply about something. Your mind blocks out all thoughts and feelings, and you are then in that thought. But once you realise that that place isn't "reality", your mind snaps back to where you previously were. It's kind of a cool experience...

You may be experiencing (and remembering?) vivid dreams. Everyone has their most vivid dreams during REM sleep (rapid eye movement) that has been extensively studied in sleep labs. Vivid dreams can seem more real and vivid (exaggerated colors?) than real life.

We come, my friend, to {THEMATRIX} A level 3 once in a life time event. However, you still have to over come the horrifying images of mean creatures yet to come in focus.
