Try playing the Mpeg version instead. WMA is WMA, not MP4. I can't say for sure that the Mpeg version is going to work, but MP4 stands for Mpeg-4, so I'd give it better than even odds. If it was going to support WMA, however, it should mention that somewhere.

Also, take it easy on the file conversion leap-frogging. Not all file formats will offer the same clarity of sound, and if you convert your way through one of those formats *coughMP3cough*, you will be stuck with the resulting muddy sound for any further conversions that you take that poor track through. If you have a specific format that you'd prefer to use or the original format that you obtained the track in is not supported, best advice is to convert it _once_ only. If it's on an original CD, rip it into whatever format you'd prefer to use right off the bat. The one exception to this is if you, for some reason, need it in two different formats, and one of those formats happens to be MP3, you can always rip the track into the better format first and then have your software spit out a companion track in the MP3 format, since you most likely won't have introduced any loss of quality by going through the other format that you wouldn't have gotten anyways by going straight to the MP3 format.
