as im having too much of fat around my thighs i really need some way out to burn the fat i have bought a cycle ( the one in the gym ) plz tell me how much time should i do cycling both in morning and afternoon to get back in shape in 1 1/2 month?

People seem to think that there's one thing to do to make weight drop off in one area. If you're loosing weight, it'll be leaving from all areas of your body, even if you're not exercising them.

If you just want to loose weight and aren't really interested in building muscle, the key is to burn more calories then you're eating. Try logging all your calories and exercise on a website like fitday.com. Keep in mind that healthy weight loss isn't going to happen quickly. Loosing 2-3 pounds a week, I think it is, is considered healthy, anymore then that and it's not good for you.

It is my understanding that no exercise will remove fat from a targeted area, such as thighs. Fat is lost from all over the body when you lose fat, as well as from around the organs etc where it is stored. It comes off more evenly, as the bodies natural knowledge dictates. Of course your thighs will share in this overall general loss of fat, so keep peddling!

Also, if you want to burn fat, start your exercise slowly for the first 10 minutes or so. Then you can speed up. This encourages the body to burn fat, rather than sugar. If you start off fast, I'm told the body burns sugar instead of fat.
There is definitely a "fat burning zone" that you can shoot for.

checked ur weight before u started ur excercise program , coutrol ur diet, list out the problem and excerise accordingly, warm up your self first, then started cycling for 30minute in the morning and 30 minute in the evening. see the difference in 11/2 month.
