If you were born here, then you can get a U.S passport regardless of the felony conviction.
Now that there have been travel restrictions to some other countries, i.e. needing a visa, you might hit a snag.
Those that do not have a visa requirement, there should be no problem.
If you are naturalized citizen, you might have a problem.

Of course. Felony convictions are held by many with passports.

Sure. There is no question on the passport form for that. Getting a work/residency/student visa in another country does have that question on the form.
