What will be the Expected Pay Scales of Central Government Employees to be recommended by the Sixth Pay Commission??

I guess it to be enormous when compared to previous ones. Because, taking into consideration the inflation, migration of candidates to private especially to IT,finance,management etc. and also poor purchase rate of the govt.employees especially when you compare with that of young buds and freshers even surpassing IAS like big cadres. The turn of the century should show to the pay commission members to evolve new vision in the scales rather be doormat in their approaches. Already the central government employees are like buffoons in the eyes of industrialist and youth with meagre salaries prompting them to go for kickbacks. But I am sure that If not this time ,there will not be any hike in any pay commission to come.

You can easily look for increase of 15-20% in the payscale...... India has been the highest increase during last 3 years ofcourse the only country to have 2 double digit increase consequetively in last 3 yrs.

existing rs 5500 scale would be rs.18000 is what recommended by unions
and any way what ever total emoluments we are getting now
the total after pay scales would be just 2 to 3 thousand more than that
