can discard how many hand cards at a time to destroy cards on opponent field?

It has priority once, and after that if your opponet passes, you can use his effect again. this means if your opponent activates a trap to destroy your creature, u still can still use the effect of xyz. one card at a time, as many cards in your hand.

look you can discard 1 card to destory 1 card but u can use the effect as many times as you can as long as you can keep discarding

If the card does not say once per turn, then yes you can discard as many cards as you want.
