Career opportunities offered to certain people based on their academical qualification. Others may best find their luck in pursuing their goal in life other than academical qualification.

you've got to do something if it was meant to live on and you have desire to acheive.

people may best to do to make their life more easier even it had to come with hard one to start with.

some people may think what they achive today is enough until each and everyday it was the same

while other people desire to live better everyday which they think they need to improve themselve to achive better life...

I'm working on it!

I just try to do what makes me and those around me happy. Recently a friend of mine gave me some really great advice about how each day she does at least one thing that scares her. She told me, "I never know if the opportunity will arrive again, so I seize it. besides tommorrow that opportunity may nolonger exist." She is really ill, but she gave me the best advice on how to live each day as if it were my last. It's a matter of not just looking at what is around you, but actually seeing the beauty in everyday situations and reaslizing that somewhere someone else is having a much rougher time than you. It's realizing that smilling at someone you don't even know can have the greatest impact on that person's day. I don't have a career path yet, I do enjoy music, and French language and culture though. I don't really have a lot of personal relationships, or family obligations. I'm just there when those who I care about and who care about me the most need me, and to me that isn't an obligation. My career path doesn't take the front seat in my life, the fact that I wake up each morning and can see how lucky I am and not take things for granted takes the front seat.

You and yours are YOUR life's priority. Time is so precious that people will try to get you to spend your life making their lives easier and more enjoyable. Life is a commodity. Youth is a commodity. The large employers and government need as many people as they can that have got it to serve their needs. They don't care about you. They don't care about your families. They want you to chase something forever elusive. Like, if you have a gorgeous home, you may also have a big mortgage--and then they got you, forever working to pay the bills. They know you wont quit for fear of homelessness. But what can you do? Sure, open your own business, to eventually make more and work less. But they don't want you to do that. What if everyone on a factory line at a US car manufacturer packed up to go start their own businesses? What would happen to that manufacturer? Please, enjoy your life while you can.

Hahaha.. A very, very interesting question, Joey G.

It's true, life is unpredictible and short, but you can be all you want when you put all your hearts into it. Life is full of endless possibilities, you know, and don't be afraid to try new things and make mistakes.

But alas, you'll end up winning some and losing some. In the end, all you can do is hold on to the things that you believe are important to you. Like families for instance..

I'm not an expert on life, Joey G, because I'm still figuring how to improve my life. But, I know I'll get there someday, somehow..

First priority, you come first if your young and have many goals to achieve go after them.Time these days are going on a fast rate but that shouldn't get in the way. What ever you be- come I'm sure your going to give it a good thought and what ever that might be I'm sure it will pay off.It would be and it is a nice good opportunity to have family and friends to support in your choice of career if they love you I'm sure they will. Life is short but live it the best you can look many people come from all over the world to make their dreams come true and nothing let's them get in the way they go after it so why can't we. What ever life holds for us Lay's ahead and all we have to do is help as much as we can and make the best of it.
No matter what we are destined to be- someone and we're all going to reach that point sooner or later rather is good or bad we have the power to make allot of the changes. Many school's provide loans and are for our advantage good goal and good career pay off. What would you like to do? If their are more then on thing in mind picture your self doing it and see where you see your best at. What would be your biggest
dream? nothing is impossible.keep your dreams at heart don't share them for some people will bring confusion and won't help a bit. I have two careers that i went after and I'm still working for more. I'm married just turn 33yr, have four children and my priority's are my children I want the best for them to have a nice healthy life style a good environment and a good education. If I can do it any one can nothing will get in the way to live it good.
Good luck and best wishes.

Most of us already have the decision made for us. Only a very small percentage of the people in the world actually gets to make real decisions in life, whether we are victims of circumstance, victims of social and economic restraint, or victims of a capitalist society. At the end of the day, it's the battle between our hearts and minds. Our minds will be preconditioned with decisions we know society expectations or our past experiences will have set while our hearts will be to satisfy our own desires. The reality is that no matter our heart or mind wins, our priorities would satisfy an emotional need, whether for ourselves or someone we care about.

I do not know how I decided what my life's priorities are but I did make that decision. I decided that work would always take a back seat to the rest of things in my life. In other words I will work hard at what I do but it will not consume me so that I have no other priority but that. A person must be balanced in all that they do. That is what I believe.

As you said, life is too short to do and enjoy everything. In terms of priorities, I believe you need a balanced one as money and career will not complete your happiness. Money from a good career will definitely get you all the material things that you want but ultimately, it'll be you that decide whether you're happy or otherwise.

Personal relationships in terms of marriage and children together with money from your career will lead you to happiness as these two can provide you with the happiness that no money can buy.

On some days, i just wish it will all miraculously go away or fall into place and I can get on with just living the simple life. But no such luck, hey?
We, humans are not made like robots without feelings of pain, happiness, guilt and fear whether we can do it all or not.
The best trick I discovered the hard way is to just do what I can to portion out the 24 hours that I have in a day and be thankful that I will yet live another day to have another sunrise the next morning and see my son's face light up as he wakes up next to me. I know then, all the "battles" I fight in the big, bad world, is totally worth it...

Very good question.

That's why you must know why you are here on earth basically. Why were you born?

In that context, your career objectives, personal objectives - whether to be successful, rich and famous, etc., will fall into place. But most of us realize that family or societal expectations and beliefs/traditions impact on our individual decision-making process as to what are our life's priorities, the moment we were born.

Many of us become professionals - doctors, lawyers, professors, dentists, etc. - and politicians because that's what our parents want us to be. Only a few become millionaires or politicians because they have an inner drive to be very rich before the age of 50 or because they want to help people.

So you try to have a journey to your inner self and decide what is really important in your life. Is it making plenty of money, is it becoming famous and world renowned? Or is it simply making a difference in your tiny little world where you are right now by giving your best in your particular expertise? A task that's easier said than done. . .................Knowing yourself!!!!

C'est la vie.

Everyday i see so many people dying in e.g. car or snatchtheft-related accidents, or people i've known all my life getting cancer etc. and i realise how fragile and impermanent life is. Here today, gone tomorrow. Nodoby plans to get run over by a bus, do they?

It's so NOT worth neglecting your partner/parents/friends for stupid office work, like it's a life or death thing to work late everyday. I've made the mistake of not spending enough time with my grandfather because i was "too busy". Well he got cancer and died suddenly, so bit pointless for me to now think about what i should have done differently.

Life is short, make it a point to spend as much time with the people you love, because there's nothing worse in life than regrets.

Not to be morbid, but what if YOU aren't around tomorrow?
