This is probably only going to make sense to the UK right now. Last week spring had sprung and we were all walking round in t-shirts, enjoying the new season. This week we'll all be freezing our arses off in sub-zero temperatures while we get covered in snow again. Did I miss a meeting somewhere? Global warming my butt...

Magical bird, known as The Phoenix. Has been wrestling with the large Paul Bunyan and Babe the blue ox. So the Phoenix is too busy to keep things warm now.

An abrnormally strong ridge in the jetstream came across and for a couple days brought few temperatures, but right behind it was the trough which, just as the ridge was extremely high, was extremely low and brought back some cold temperatures. Its annoying yes, but not necessarily abnormal

Weather has never been really stable, temperatures have always gone up and down some. Just like you can have a few nice days in fall even after the first storms. But on average it does get warmer in Western Europe.
