But, sure. Probably marginally more beneficial than the average "homeopathic" water given the brandy, but, then, I suppose you'd have to drink a fair bit of it for that to do much.

i would ask a pharmacist, as it's natural it shouldn't be a problem but some natural remades are out of bounds during pregnant as some can bring on premature labour.
