They are I am sure not bad people. However they plug remedies with no physical effect at all. Generally this is harmless, but when it is applied to desperate people grasping at straws, such as those with incurable diseases it strikes me as callous and cruel!

It depends on the individual; I have personally found that homeopathy has been very helpful but I knew my homeopath anyway and knew she was good at her job. I'd go for personal recommendation rather than just trawling the yellow pages. It's also about forming a good relationship with the practitioner, just as you would hope to with your doctor, since this helps with choosing remedies accurrately.

Depends which one you consult. Finding a good homeopath can make the world of a difference, I was fortunate enough to find a (really) good one whom I can give you the details (please email me to see if she's near to where you live).
But homeopathy has helped me tremendously & I'd recommedn it highly to everyone.

I used to get very sore mouth following a fit anti bio tics didn't touch In 3 days on arnica and I could see a difference

I think if you get the right person then yes. But like most things in life there are a lot of frauds out there, who will give you any old junk to get money from you.
Go to someone who is recommended to you.
