Depends on what you mean by "normal". Yes, it is nomal if something is wrong with the animal, or what you are doing is wrong. No, it is not normal if the animal is healthy and you are doing the right things.
"Throwing up"...( regurgitation is the proper term in reptiles ) can occur if you are keeping the animal too cold to process it's meals properly, or you are over feeding it, or you are giving it prey which is too big, or incorrect prey. It also happens rarely when the reptile is stressed for some reason ( new habitat, being constantly disturbed or handled, etc. ). I hope it is not a baby, because you will kill it easy if this continues.

Look for the info articles on Beardies, but all the information, including turtles and Iguanas, is applicable and important. It all comes down to proper temps, UVB lighting, proper temps, proper prey type and size, proper hydration, and proper temps.....

Yes sometimes they do but if it keeps happening get in touch with the local reptile center and ask them or take him to the vets. Good luck with him. GET WELL SOON
