well if you mean MS in a thermal power station ... then MS is general terminology used for MAIN STEAM which is used for obtaining workoutput from the turbine. In a thermal power station the steam is called from diffrent names (depending upon the quality of steam ) throughout the rankine cycle.

MS stands for Millisiemens, which is a unit of electrical conductance.

Millisiemens and power stations don't mix. Like micrograms and elephants. I'll vote for the steam answer.
