first of all no matter why there is fur everywhere i would suggest you start combing them as being over fluffy is very uncomfortable for them, secondly check if they have been fighting if so it time for them to split up, if their is their is no sign of fighting they'll be just changing from their inter coat to their summer coat a little early.
good luck

If your rabbits are individually kept in separate cages, they are probably shedding. If they can reach each other, they may be pulling out each others fur.
If you are keeping multiple rabbits in the same cage, they are fighting. Does (females) can get very territorial and try and defend their cage space against other does. Bucks kept together will fight for dominance. Bucks and does kept together will breed, non-stop, which could get nasty for the does. Bucks will pull fur and bite the does while mounting, sometimes causing serious injury. And if the does are pregnant, they will try to kill the bucks if they are in the same cage. They do not want them around when they kindle (give birth). Separate them right away. Keep track of the does for at least 31 days (gestation period) in case they have litters.
If they are does, they might be kindling and delivering a litter. In that case, they pull their own fur to make a nest. Check it out and see if there are any babies out there.

There are so many reasons the fur could be all over the hutch, depending on how it was laid there, the type of bunnies you have, and whether or not they've always been together or this is a change.
If the fur is in clumps, as if it has been torn out....
This can happen when you have a male and female bunny trying to mount one another. They hold on with their teeth and often times tear out large "wads" of fur from the girl bunny's lower back.
This can also happen if you have two male or two female bunnies if they haven't been around other bunnies before, as bunnies sadly, lose their social skills, and resort to trying to mount everything and anything while relearning them once reexposed to a bunny friend LOL! If that's the case, give a bunny an area where they can hide their tush, which will force the other bunny to work face to face and RELEARN how to socialize without trying to go love crazy.
Another reason for fur coming out in wads, is that you have a pregnant female. If your rabbits arent spayed/neutered, and a female has become pregnant, she will often pull tiny "wads" of fur from her tummy to create a soft nest for the babies. If you feel this may be the case, please seperate any male/female bunnies as soon as possible.
If your rabbits have fleas, they will tear out their hair in chunks, and often a chunk of their skin, as they use their teeth to scratch when their feet don't do the trick.
If your bunnies havent been together long, they could be establishing dominance with one another and fighting, it this is the case, treat it like i suggested for the humping issue mentioned above. Do it with them both in your living room.
Bunny shedding seasons are every three months, although we hardly notice many of these shedding sessions. This will look just like if a large white dog curled up on your favoritee black jacket as far as how the fur is spread. I highly recommend regular grooming of your bunny if this is the case, because they will most likely go into self-grooming overdrive, which can actually be harmful to themselves for a couple of reasons:
Bunnies get hairballs like cats, but unlike cats, cannot cough them up or pass them through their poop easily. Bunnies can actually die from furballs, and starve themselves because after grooming themselves so much, the hair amounts often leave no room for food or water in their tummies. This is an easy preventative thing you can do with your bunny.... simply brush them daily and you can remove the fur yourself. A lot of bunnies really enjoy being groomed by their humans. If you have a bunny breed that typically has more fur or longer fur like an angora or lionhead, you may want to invest in an item called a "Mat Splitter". This is a comp/scissor combo thingy... it will help cut away mats without taking scissors to your bunny's flesh and if much safer and relieving to your rabbit friend.
Another reason for shedding like this, is that something spooked your bunnies. If the hair is lying around similarly to mentioned in the above paragraph, it may simply be that a stray dog, opposum, raccoon, etc has been visiting your bunnies when you arent around, scaring them. Many bunnies shed massive amounts of fur when they become startled or frightened. If you're concerned that this may be the case, perhaps bringing the bunnies inside, or covering them with a tarp at night, is a good solution. A scared bunny can be a very dangerous thing, as they have been known to become so scared that they'll fall into cardiac arrest and have heart attacks, dropping dead instantly.
For some rabbits, it's really common to get bald spots while shedding.

i love rabbits they are my favorite animal:), don't worry this is so natural there's nothing to be afraid of.
there's 2 reasons why the fur of the rabbit falls down 1- the changing of the season 2- when they give berth... in your situation the reason behind the fur all over your its hutch is option NO. 1 ...

When the does are ready to have babies, they pull the hair out from their belly. Check to see what part of the body the hair has come from and if they have any injuries like they may have been fighting then keep an eye on them.

Do you have Bucks and Does in the same cage? If you do then you have a Doe who is getting ready to give birth, and you need to seperate her from the rest or the babies wont survive, you also need to seperate the males and females or this will keep happening.

cut off their ears, and throw the rabbit against the wall--- if the rabbit sticks, it's done.
