is it ok that my wife didn't get me an anniversary gift? not even a card. she didn't forget our anniversary, just didn't get me anything and this is our 11th anniversary. does this mean anything? cause it kinda hurt.

i quess i should clarify some things. we're not broke and i always get her gifts. for example this time i had flowers ($160) sent to her work and gave her a $500 shopping spree. i treat her extremely well, better than anyone i know treats their wives or g/f's.

Ask the wife. She has her reasons and don't you feel hurt about it. Could it be that she is out of work and can't afford to buy a present for you or she has no idea what to get you. Normally, I would tell my husband if it is alright not to give him presents and he says its ok. So on that day, I just gave him a big hug and lots of kisses. Hope that helps.

The following are possible reasons...
1) she is broke
2) you did not appreciate the gift she gave you for your 10th anniversary
3) you never give her any anniversary gifts - so what's new?
4) she is loosing interest in you
5) she is angry with you because of something you did
6) you always take her for granted.. never appreciated her contributions
