I hear that Pilates is great for slimming, and toning. It helps you to elongate your body, lengthening it. This is done by strengthening back muscles, helping you to stand and sit with great posture.

There are various methods of becoming slim and tall . to become tall you have various exercises . Swimming, cycling and playing basketball is the best way of increasing height. To become slim you can do jogging,dieting,yoga,etc this remedies are very good. But see that you do it regularly . Sonam I even have some other remedies If you want help than ask me . Your body type is in your genes.
You may be able to assure you will be as tall as genetically possible by taking vitamins and calcium, but you will not be able to change your predestined height by much if at all. That's what heels are for.
As far as your weight, ballet, swimming, running or another exercise that will stretch your muscles rather than build them. Ever see an overweight pro dancer, swimmer or runner? Not really knocking muscle building, but once you build them you have to keep them or end up flabby.
And for food.. everyone's body is different. You'll just have to find what works for you. One person does well on vegetarian food and another does well on high protein. Starches are best left alone no matter what...

stretching stretching and stretching!!! if u love dancing, dance and strech together thats all!!! do it for 1 month u'll get tall and SLIM both. i noe this because i did this exact a month b4 i was abt 2 turn a teen. i was 4'7 now am 5'1. i bet u'll b all slim and tall. and be on normal diet that is , as much as u eat everyday, eat that much only. dont decrease ur diet or vice-versa...and jus stick to ur time and plan. do the same for an hour everyday!!!

If you wanna become slim, just avoid fatty food and don't diet. In addition to that, just exercise. you could use the gym or start jogging. do it regularly and slowly increase the amount of workout. Becoming tall is a bit harder. you could try acupressure and yoga. I bet it'll help. Yoga also makes you slimmer. Tell me if i helped you!

You go for a walk daily, run and do Surya Namaskarams. Eat good food and exert physically more with the guidance of Asanas and routine exercises. Do not sweets, ghee or oil and spicy items which make you plumpy and cannot be slim. Hence, have good food habits.

guys want a girl with some curves not a telephone pole im sure you look just fine the way you are now you shouldnt try to mold yourseld into the little plastic barbie dolls that you see in magazines always stay true to yourself and if you do, you will always be proud of yourself for doing what alot of women these days dont have the strength to do.... I am 5'3", 145pounds, size 9 and I am perfectly happy the I am and I have friends and a boyfriend that love me more than anything just the way I am... be proud of who you are and dont try to hide behind what everyone else wants you to be.... as long as you eat healthy and exercise regularly you will look and feel great!!!!!
