Depends whether its a subtle admiring glance or sleazy, blatant staring.
When its a group of men and they all turn and stare at you I find it really uncomfortable and not at all flattering, I even find it quite scary if I'm alone and there arent many other people around.
It also depends on what Im wearing. If Im all dressed up for a night on the town it bothers me less but if Im having a day where I feel really crap and unattractive it actually makes me really self conscious.
In regards to the second question, its not particularly clear but Im assuming you want to know whether girls enjoy anal penetration. Personally, No i dont enjoy it at all but its a personal choice and everybodies different, Im sure there are some girls out there that like it.

I don't know any girls that don't like to be admired, so from a girls point of view I see nothing wrong with checking out a chicks bum, as for girls liking it up the bum I don't know any that do or that would try it. Men have their G spot up their bum and this could be the reason why most men have a big thing for bums and why bums turn them on so much. Women don't have a G spot in their bum so we have no interest in it.
