= Your a go getter and sometimes take on too much work and have to work extra hours (free) to get it all done.

Your plus points should be that (then list all the skills and experience they are looking for on the job).

Your minus should be that sometimes you work too hard and that, as a result, after a long time, you may fatigue and make an occasional mistake. That you need a manager to remind you to pace yourself from time to time.

Keep a straight face whjen you say this.

u should know yourself.if i were you i would tell the interviewer that my plus point is that i have lots of confident and minus point is that i am too confident.
