Any extra-judicial punishment is wrong. It deprives any suspect the right to a fair trial and is immediately turned into a victim.

So far, there are 800+ political killings in the Philippines under the Arroyo regime. In fact, there will be a people's tribunal that will be starting tomorrow in Den Haag, Holland, to put the president on trial for international attention regarding the killings of members of Bayan Muna and other progressive and legal organizations in the Philippines.

I'll be sending you my personal data via mail.

Would anybody be in favor or extrajudicial killings anywhere? Why would one be in favor of this? (These are not rhetorical questions--I really cannot imagine any one supporting extrajudicial killing).
