I have Cingular wireless. I'm on a family plan. We have the nights (from 7:00pm to 6:00am free on the weekdays and the weekends are free.) Do you know if they charge you to received International calls when it's free for you?

The above answerers are completely wrong. It DOES NOT cost anything to receive a call from an international number....as long as you are in the USA when you receive the call.

The only time you are charged for international calling is when you place an outbound call.

The should not charge anything based on where the call originated, only for the minutes used. If you have unlimited nights and weekends you should be fine to receive international calls. They will charge, however, to make them.
