What do I do?
Do they like sunshine?
Do they like to be misted?
Do they like water?
Most of all what and how do I cut them, so they will continue to grow?

Aloe Vera love to be under shed. You don't have to cut them to make them grow, but you have to cut or remove some of the buds to avoid competition.

Aloe Vera is basically a succulent dry climate plant,a no -nonsense plant, yes it likes sunshine & heat ,no need to mist, water when soil is dry, allow to dry out before watering again.,hate waterlogging No need to cut, needs minimum attention, & will continue to grow once established, new shoots will appear around the plant, remove if you wish to avoid clutter, these can be established as new plants.Take care of this plant it has many uses ,the latest I heard that a pot kept indoors acts as a mosquitoe repellant, have no proof of this though.

A great plant . Related to cactus. Loves neglect. Don't over water. Needs water, but let dry in between waterings. Fertilize with Cactus Juice ( you buy at any plant shop)
Needs sun , but not direct sun, meaning don't leave outside in hot sun. Can grow outside in summer in the Northwest, but should come indoors in winter. Needs no pruning, it will grow in the warm months on it's own. Don't mist , they don't like it . As they grow large you may prop with sticks or rocks to keep from falling over, as they have shallow roots.Baby plants will form near the base of the mother plant on their own.
Most of all , don't worry , the plant knows what to do . Just enjoy it , and if you burn yourself break off a leaf tip and squeeze the juice onto your burn. It will stop hurting instantly and won't hurt later either. Again ENJOY !
