Every MBA program is different. Some universities offer one year MBA programs while others offer two-year programs. Some of the best universities offering MBA programs with an IT concentration include: Stanford University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Maryland, Virginia Tech and others. All these universities require that you take the GMAT and TOEFL exams. I would recommend you to go to these universities websites and get more information about their MBA programs, application requirements, internship opportunities, and job opportunities after graduation.
