I am not great at this but I would start with an introductory paragraph, a few sentences that gives a brief overview of the story. Then for the content of the report go tell about the major events in the intro paragraph. Then write a conclusion paragraph going over all of the main points you brought up in the main text, and you may want to include your personal feelings about the story.

First you should state the book title and the author. Then lay down the plot of the book. Then if you want to add more details, add the main characters and the theme of the book as well. Aftewards, if you have guide questions, answer them all. If not, you should now proceed to commenting on the book, whether on the structure, its significance to contemporary society or such and such book interpretation..=)
