My niece tried to sign up for a yahoo mail address and couldn't. She said she couldn't get past the registration. So I signed her up for one using my computer. I got it all fixed up for her and she still can't access it on her computer.
Any ideas as to what could be causing this problem?

Ask her to clear her cache. This can be done by right clicking internet explorer icon, clicking properties and clicking clear history icon.Ask her to log off and log in again after doing this. It should work after this.

You dont say what happens when she tries so we are a bit in the dark. Make sure she has the latest flash player, you can download it from http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
