I was reading something where he is describing core values and he uses terms such as egalitarianism, mateship, classlessness and tolerance. These terms have long been associated with Labor rather than conservative politics. Why does Howard uses these terms rather than concepts more aligned to his party's tradition and policy platform? Serious answers please!

answer serious..when are they ..its like, a mum and dad show, fight now and then, but are all in the same bed togeather
why are we spending time talking about polys for ..boring..
why not do we all get to geather and plant 500 million trees in one year to help the rain fall back where its needed.and lets put more time workinking out how to get water piped to states that need it we have lots in the top of australid ..darwin

John Howard is trying to win votes for the Conservatives anyway he can. Very sad that he has to steal Liberal catchphrases.
