normally if you send an email to webmaster@DOMAIN.NAME you will get the person who controls the website, you could also try admin@DOMAIN.NAME. These are the two most common email addresses used for a site controller and they should be able to direct you to the correct location.

A web site and an e-mail address are not perfectly connected. I have a web site up that allows me to have 200 e-mail addresses active. Gadzooks, how would you ever find one? Try this -- every web site has a person designated as the "administrator" and he usually has an e-mail box as "admin@whateverthesiteis". Or try "webmaster@-----". Other than that, if they want you to mail them, they will put their address on their web site somewhere.
