He probably had a heart attack or something, shocked they chucked out of world cup.
Am pretty surprised myself that pakistan are out of world cup. They are really good team- what happened this year. Tut tut tut

I think it was Suicide.
He probably had a lot of money on the game and when they losed, he losed. And then I'm not even talking about the pressure he was under to perform.
