We currently have three computers. Two are connected to the net, one isnt. We took that computer to the store and they said something along these lines;

"You can download this from the internet..."

Motherboard model P4R8L REV.1.03 CD DRIVE

I have no knowledge in the computer area, when it comes to this. Could anyone find me a place to downloade this, or help me? THANKS SO MUCH!

Umm.. i'd like to help but I'm not really sure what youre asking.
If its not connected to the internet this has nothing to do with the cd drive.
It probably has a NIC controller in the motherboard chipset that it needs the driver for. Im not sure what manufacturer makes the P4R8L model of motherboard. It sounds asus, but I couldnt find that model on their website.
I would suggest you call the store again and ask them for more specific information. Get exactly what you need and then post the question again.

On a computer that is 'on the net', you should go to any good 'search engine' site and enter the 'numbers and letters' you gave, plut the 'brand name' of the motherboard ... that should give you several different 'choices' ... go to them all until you find a 'download drivers' site that will do this 'for free' ... then 'download it' onto the 'net computer, and copy it to a 'disk drive' that will work on both that computer and the one you need the 'driver' for ... put it in and run it, and your 'motherboard' should work just fine. But BE CAREFUL because you're working with a 'new motherboard' and sometimes they 'don't want to work' without the 'driver' installed first ... if yours doesn't, then you'll need to put the driver onto a 'hard drive' in a 'running computer' and then put that hard drive on the 'new computer/motherboard" and see if that won't 'work' for you.

The above is a link to Asus' download site. After it loads if you select Product > Barebone, Series > Pundit, Model > Pundit-R. I believe after you click on Search you will need to select Utilities and then select Part 1 and Part 2 of Utilities for your current operating system on the P4R8L. This should get you the drivers for your network card on that system.

What are you attempting to do with this system and what do you need? Your question is too vague.
