Four weddings and a funeral would use the line more than most films i would imagine!

There is a 1921 film called "I do" with Harold Lloyd and Mildred Davis. With this being a silent movie, getting a script might be a problem. Another choice is an obscure movie from 1998 with Kevin Scott Greer and Karen Vaccaro.
