ok so i am soo confused.. because i am not much of a psysical person... like i can live without it... and well when i am in the mood its like i am up for it and i like somethings that i though my husband is really horny like i think hed think i am wierd... and i feel stupid because once i am done.. though a lto of times i try to last enough for him to get done like if i am accidently done before him.. i find it anoying to be touched in ways that normally you wouldnt be touched... like you can se eits really hard for me to understand how to explain because im confused... but i cant control not liking and getting grumpy to be touched when i am not aroused... i am only open when i am...and for themost part during my normal day if my husband does something or says somethihng i feel embarrased which gets me grumpy because i feel really embarrased.. its wierd.. im confused now.. ok .. can somebody help me understand well not understand but help me not be soo radical

as i said i am very confused so i am sorry if its hard to follow. but even myself i dont know how to explain something i dont understand.

You need to sit down with your husband and tell him this. He is the best person to tell so you can figure out what to do. He probably is thinking you aren't attracted to him anymore or you don't need him. Before he decides to do something awful, sit down with him, in the evening before bed preferably, and just blurt it out. He will probably be relieved to know it wasn't him that had the problem. Also, if there are places on your body you don't like to be touched either during sex or not, he will want to know that. He really wants to make you happy in the bedroom, not run away. Guys have this thing about making sure their woman is satisfied. It makes them feel good. Trust me on this one. I had a very similar problem myself and once I talked to my husband about it, I felt much better.

Hmmm.. this is tricky... I thought only men turned to go to sleep and don't want to be touched after the sex act.

Talk to your husband.. I am sure he will understand and help you. Sex is not only physical. Your brain plays a lot pre, during and post sex. You may also want to seek a Doctors opinion on this..

As you are married, try to take love making as an enjoyment and not a duty. You see, you got be totally relaxed for it and you should not pressure yourself on how to do it but go with the flow so to speak. I think its only a natural reaction to make love with your husband. Try not to feel shy and just let yourself go. Don't stop the feeling. You love him don't you. So yeah, go with the flow. (If you still feel shy, switch off the lights!!)
