Last year my sister and I worked on a job together for 7days. Well at the end of the time we were give a paper stating the quality of our work. I got a great review my sister on the other hand didn't. I hated that job and when I left I had no plans of ever going back. Now they have call me and asked me if I wanted to come back. When I was talking to them over the phone my mom was standing over me while I was talking to them. She was like if you turn them down you can't stay here. So now I have to go to orientation while I know they are going to hire me but I don't want the job. So how do I get out of this mess without my mom finding out what I did. F.Y.I I have one of those detective sister's that if I tell them they turn me down she is going to call and find out what really happened as if my word wasn't enough for her.

ah, what does your mom have to do with this? It's your choice, not hers. Same with your sister, what does this have anything to do with her?
Just tell the company the truth, but if anyone calls, ask them that they can't disclose any information. They shouldn't tell anyone circumstances anyways.
