See i have a few good friends.My elder bro is my best friend.But there are some other friends at school who are close to me .one is A and one is B."A" and B are both really good."A" says I am her best friend and "B" feels i am her very close friend next only to her best friend "A".I have come closer to her now."A" gave me a gift on my birthday but "B" didn't.that was 1 year ago.I don't know who's closer?I dont know how to find out if "B" really feels i am her good friend.Tell me how to this.I can't ask her this .And will "B" give me a gift on my birthday this year?i gave her one.its not that i am concerned about the gift.I feel giving someone a gift shows that u care for that person.

Gifts should not even enter into the equation. It shows you care for that person, but not giving one doesn't show that you don't care. I hate it when people are concerned with gifts.

It doesn't matter by the gift you receive. What matters is that you can always count on them whenever you needed them most. Who knows that the person who gave you a gift on your birthday is the person who will betray you in in the near future. So don't just base it on the gift that you receive.
You can have as many bestfriends as you can.

try and talk to her, say what you feel but remember to say it politely or else she might feel bad.You can have 2 best friends at the same time, I have more than 2 best friends.But I feel that though B is your best friend A is little bit more concerned about you.Its not that B is not your best friend its just that B might have some other way of expressing her friendship. Hi all i can say is don't really judge your friends by what they can give you but ask yourself who treats you how.If you really want to know your closest friend among the two look at their attitude towards you when you are together.

you know what,,, best friend is a person who sees you in your darkness so he could light you up... sees you when your hunger with love so he could fill you up with love and care... trusted you... he never judges you... he's always with you if you need someone to lean on or if he needs someone to listen to you.... stay at your side and help you to mive with your life.... and leads in you in the right way....
