18-7-302. Indecent exposure.
(1) A person commits indecent exposure if he knowingly exposes his genitals to the view of any person under circumstances in which such conduct is likely to cause affront or alarm to the other person.
(2) (a) Indecent exposure to a person fifteen years of age or older is a class 3 misdemeanor.
(b) Indecent exposure to a child under the age of fifteen years is a class 2 misdemeanor.
(3) A second offense of the offense described in paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of this section following the conviction for any such offense is a class 1 misdemeanor.
(4) Any subsequent offense of the offense described in paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of this section following a second conviction for any such offense is a class 6 felony.

hmmmm maybe you should try pointing and laughing. nudity isn't disgusting it is natural. clothing is a sign of shame. the human body is beautiful. i personally didn't see the offending photo, but you do realize that there is no way that the government is going to waste man power trying to trace a nude photo, that by the way is covered by the first amendment. lighten up if you let the small stuff upset you this much high blood pressure and a stroke can't be far behind. peace!

Oh God. Why waste your time on something like that? Do you honestly think that they're even going to take the time to read your letter?
After time I'm sure he'll be gone. I don't think they have someone on Y!A 24/7 monitoring people, or should I say babysitting people.

lol like I answered another question something like this the www-is wide open to ALL walks of life ext,if you go www. something and you don't like what you see just get out.If you don't like a pic don't look.
But if its a pic of a child and a paedophiles in a very explicit pose then YES report it as this is illegal and yes gross.
