yes they have fresh batteries and sometimes they work and sometimes they dont, are they too close or what?? i paid 400 bucks for crap, i hate u microsoft

Ok,first if you haven't tried this yet it may resolve the problem.There is a wireless signal receiver button on the front of the Xbox 360,its right next to the second memory card slot.With the system on push that button,then look on the top of your 360 controller where the trigger and bumper buttons are there is the same type of button there next to the battery charging input.Push that button and wait about 5 seconds.The controller and the system should then link up and take care of the issue.After you have done this it shouldn't happen again.The system should now recognize the signal from the controller and therefore work correctly from now on.Also whenever you buy a new controller you will need to do this for them as well.I hope this helps so you can enjoy the gaming goodness of the Xbox 360.

now now dont cry im sure you have warranty. sure you havent thrown it after spittin the dummy. just take it back and get a new one. Mine works fine
