i want to buy a sumsung d900 but the newtork that is not on it is rubbish and i want to unlock it .....................!

Yes it can be unlocked. I have one myself and mine came unlocked. What you need to do is go to your local independent mobile shop. Or if you have a market hall in the town where live they will sure to have a mobile phone stall that will unlock your phone about £5-£10. Ebay also have loads of unlocking software for under £5.
