I would personally recommend getting a MacBook Pro or a MacBook. It may cost a little more but the cost is justified by the stability that Macs provide.

The HP. It has two times the memory and a quicker CPU. The toshiba might look like it has a dedicated GPU inspite of the undeniable fact that it makes use of hyper-memory so its no longer rather. A celeron single-center with 512 ram isnt a gaming gadget in any case so a self reliant GPU is wasted.
