Damn good question. But, most countries that have them don't give them to someone to use in an attack. If a country is'nt responsible enough to posess WMD's as a deterent or a defense, They should'nt have them. I think 911 was a false-flag operation and we DEFINITELY have no right to be there.

Iraq did have WMD's. See photos of thousands of dead, purple skinned people killed by chemical weapons, a form of WMD by Saddam during and after their eight year war with that other peace loving middle east country, Iran. Yes, the same Iran that says Israel should be blown off the face of the earth as they race towards production on nukes.
In a perfect world, no one would have WMDs. But until then, proof of their prior use, knowing full well the consequences, which therefore does not include the US in 1945, the same US who has never used them since, or statements of intent to use is a good place to start with whom should not have them. Read: Iraq and Iran.

Well apparently we get to say who can have them or not. Even if Iraq had WMD's it probably doesn't justify this war. But I'm not going to jeopardize the names of the men and women who died for this cause by talking about if the war was justified. I just hope and pray, for the sake of the men and women who sacrifice their lives in Iraq, that there was justification. There is always more to the story than what we initially see, and I'm pretty sure that our country knows whats best in our interest.

Good question. I'd say yes, but it should have been more of a unilateral effort with the United Nations, and not GWB trying to be some gunslinger cowboy. A genocidal maniac with access to nukes? I think not.
As it is, though, it looks like it's pretty much about the oil.

Not even then, no one attacked the US for having them, even when they have a history of using them against Japan.
