Though it is not be impossible to make a Car that would finally cost around Rs.100, 000, the way the planning and organizing for the huge works involved are being carried forward indicate difficulties that offset the very idea from being brought to fruition. However, one hopes that Ratan Tata does have the conviction and will power to make HIS DREAM a reality soon.

Even other car manufacturers also can produce small cars for Indian market, if Indian Govt. give land and subsidy in Taxes. Mr.Ratan Tata is planning now but long back Late Sanjay Gandhi and Late Rajiv Gandhi they assured Nation that Maruti Car will be around Rs.50,000/-, why not Mr.Ratan Tata ?

yes i believe that Mr Tata can make a car for India which will cost only Rs.1,00,000 becauze nothing is impossible

he can only if he makes a tata car that is convertible or something without the roof which will reduce his costs, also make the car out of the cheapest material and warn customers that they r driving at their own risk. He can take off the doors too to reduce costs

its difficult but not impossible...
can produce a 500 cc 3 seater car with basic features and max speed of 60 runs in petrol but also with lot of tax cuts from Gov......it should not be like ex shoorom price of 1 lacs and on road price of 1.4 lacs... what use?
