Why people look pretty and ugly?

There's no such thing as ugly people. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

It is subjective - subject to culture, time in history and many other variables. What is ugly to us may be beautiful to a tribe in West Africa. To Reubens, women with a little "meat on their bones" were beautiful - at Fashion Week, they arent. We're all part of the same world - fashioned by the same Creator and each of us has our own beauty in our own special way. It may not seem like that to the 15 year old girl who thinks she is too fat or to the kid going through puberty with acne, but it is true. C.
