What line do you think Bertuzzi is gonna be put on, and where do you think he will be best fit?

I think he will either be put on the 2nd or 3rd line, definitally not the first line. Detroits 1st line is set pretty good, and the 2nd line is decent, its the 3rd and 4th lines that need the most help. That's how alot of teams beat us, they wore out the 1st and 2nd lines, then went on the offense when the 3rd or 4th lines came out. I mean players like Flippula and Hudler are very good rookies, (even though Hudler played a few games last season).

Personally though, i was a little disappointed when they actually picked him up. A guy who has been out since November cause of back problems, and who shouldn't even be allowed to play in the NHL anymore cause of the Steve Moore hit, I was very against anyone picking up Bertuzzi.

But like I said, he will probrably be put on the 2nd or 3rd line.

Mike Babcock has said publicly that he plans on putting Bert on the 2nd line with Johan Franzen and Robert Lang, which would be a great idea. Franzen and Bert are both good physical net-front players that will mesh well together, and Lang could use a boost, which he'll get with Bertuzzi.

Prolly on the grind line with Draper and Franzen..with Maltby to toggle between Lang's line as needed. He will not be considered a fourth-liner by any stretch, but just a tank with versitility as Bertuzzi has always been known for.

Betuzzi will go on line 2 with Lang and probably Calder(or Cleary), they wont split up the best line in the NHL with Holms, Zetterburg and Datsyuk. and Lang needs the help even tho Calder has given him an extra lift since he got in Detroit, Lang might even remember how to score.

Hopefully on the bench for good. He shouldn't be playing...Steve Moore can't play, so why should Bertuzzi be able to play?

How about at the top of the list to be traded just ahead of Hasek!
I really wish they had used that money to get a big young defenseman because c'mon how far are Chelios' legs going to carry him in the playoffs and Lidstrom can't play on every shift!!

Let him get out of health troubles first.Honestly I don't think he's gonna fit in to Red wings chemistry. He's gonna get place in second line.

When and if he gets back they will probably try him on the right side with Lang first.
