but i get some assholes cutting me down as well and trying to take me diwn a notch or two?it gets irritating that most people can appreciate and recognize the work i've put in,but a small amount of numbskulls try to ruin it by irritatin the hell out of me.

Human nature. The good attention comes from those who find your body attractive (not necessarily sexually attractive to themselves, it can be simply an appreciation for beauty or strength or fine toning) and from those who see the work you've done as a good role model. The irritating attention is likely motivated by envy. Some people delude themselves into thinking they can "make themselves taller by cutting off the heads of others".

Don't waste time worrying about the irritating ones, they are just jealous and think that by blowing your candle out, theirs will shine more. Be proud of your accomplishments and don't give the creeps a second thought. Good for you that you are taking care of your body.
