0.129x = 4.95 + 0.07x
0.059x = 4.95
x = 83.9 minutes

12.9X = 4.95 +7x
5.9x =4.95
x=83.89

roughly 83-84 minutes - for those two minutes
the plans are the same
less - goes to mci
more goes to AT&T
