Its easy. follow the istructions below:

start menu

Click Run

Type " cmd " there without quotation

DOS screen will appear with following path

C:\Documents and settings\computername\

Type " ipconfig " there without quotation

your ip will be shown

Go to command prompt and type IPCONFIG

Or go to http://whatismyip.com/ if you have a router, or don't want to make the effort.
