thats a hard one to answer, because ive been there too......i always say, your ex is an ex for a reason.....it didnt work out the first time, why do you think it would work again? i think its because when we break up with that person, over time we only remember the good things about him/her and forget the bad, but, for your sake, try to remember the bad!

take a good long look at my current spouse and remind myself why i'm here instead of there....leave it were it's at, in your head....if you talk about it and voice these thoughts to others...you are liable to get the wrong feed back and make a really bad decision that could hurt 2 people who don't deserve it...be true to your current spouse....no matter what!!

Maybe there is something you and your ex have not resolved. You could talk to her via phone but be sure to be open with your wife so there is no ill feelings or suspicion.

i do that alot but i all ways tell my self i need to be faithful to my wife i all way have to tell my self why did i marry her, did you know that 77% of men cheat on their wife's and 42% if women cheat on their husbands befor thire 10 year of marrage you need to be honest to your self do you still love your wife if not then get a divorce don,t cheat on her. remember trust honesty and respect your wife. always.

i would ask myself why am i still maried to a woman i dont love.. i think it's unfair from you to live with someone without loving her and thinking about someone else everyday.. talk about it
