Does sound like those meds aren't good for you. You have a phycologist so talk to hm about the effects of the meds you take. It also sounds like you have anxiety - is this true?

Some meds do tend to give you a numb feeling as if while they helping to control the bad feelings they undermine/or numb the very good ones. Not every medication is like this. It is not enjoyable to keep changing meds, but you will find something that is a better fit for you. And don't stop taking the old one again till you talk to your doctor and have the new one in your pocket to start on. You will keep putting your body in withdrawl - and that is very unhealthy.

Also there are ways to improve your mental health by balancing your physical health. It would be foolish for me to tell you to rule out all medication if you need it, but try alternative medicine (talk to a natural type doctor also) to see about decreasing your dosage, and 'eventually' see if antidepressants can be illiminated.

You should find a new diet, based on natural products. I also was mad at people for a time and I wanted to hit somebody, but soy products and clay really helped me become more self-controlled. At the beginning, I took clay (mixed with water or tea without sugar) only once a day and then, when my stomach got used to it, I started to take it 3 times a day, before eating. I think that you can also try it. It helped me.

Well, you see what happens when you don't take the meds. So you have your answer. No one likes to be tied to a pill, but you need to look at the bigger picture here. Take your medicine, you can get through life a better feeling person. Don't take it and end up a nut case in a hospital. The choice is yours. You need to realize which is the right one choice. I would think it would be the first. Take your meds.
